Artico is a funky women's winter boot from Olang. The oiled suede uppers are very appealing, but this boot is not just a pretty face. Think Sorel, but better. The boots are lined with wool and boast a temperature rating of -30°C (take that with a grain of salt, as that will be different for everybody; it will depend on several factors, including your circulation and socks). Inside you will also find Olang's own BREATHTEX waterproof membrane to keep you dry. The best part of these boots may be the outsole: it features Olang's TUNDRA outsole, with 16 stainless steel pivoting and folding cleats (see the last picture). Olang does provide a special pry tool so you do not have to use your hands to operate the cleats.
